Welcome to Shanyangyuan (syy188.com / syy188.cn). Before using our services, please read this Agreement carefully. By clicking "Agree", registering, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have fully understood and agreed to all of the terms below.
一、Use of This Agreement
This Agreement is between you and Shenzhen Shanyangyuan Health Industry Co., Ltd. concerning your use of the Shanyangyuan platform. When using our individual services, you may also be subject to specific service agreements, rules, instructions, memos, or announcements (collectively, "Specific Agreements"). Where a Specific Agreement conflicts with this Agreement, the Specific Agreement prevails.
二、Effective Date, Revisions, and Termination
This Agreement takes effect upon your first visit, registration, or use of the platform. We may revise this Agreement due to changes in law or business. Where revisions may materially affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you via in-site messages or announcements at least 7 calendar days in advance. If you disagree with the revised Agreement, you may stop using our services and apply for account cancellation; continued use constitutes acceptance.
三、Your Rights
Subject to applicable laws and this Agreement, you have the right to: browse, search, and purchase products on this platform; consult customer service regarding products and after-sales; request compliant invoices; submit opinions and suggestions; and enjoy other rights granted by law.
四、Reliance on Site Content and Access
Product information on this website (including but not limited to name, price, specification, origin, ingredient list, nutrition facts, and functional description) is for reference only. The final information is the product label or the page displayed at the time of your order. We may modify product information at any time due to supply chain, price, inventory, or compliance reasons, including but not limited to delisting, price adjustment, and specification substitution.
五、Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for: service interruption caused by force majeure (including natural disasters, network failures, regulatory actions); service abnormalities caused by third parties (including logistics delays, third-party payment failures, telecom carrier issues); or consequences arising from your violation of this Agreement or public order and morality.
六、Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
In any event, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months for the specific product giving rise to the claim. You agree to fully indemnify us and our affiliates against losses, claims, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) caused by your breach of this Agreement or infringement of third-party rights.
七、Review of Terms
Please read each clause of this Agreement carefully, particularly those excluding or limiting liability, and the dispute resolution clause. 八、Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The conclusion, effectiveness, interpretation, performance, modification, termination, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding, for the purposes of this Agreement, the laws of Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, and Taiwan region). Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation; failing which, either party may submit the dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction at the domicile of Shenzhen Shanyangyuan Health Industry Co., Ltd.
九、Waiver
Our failure or delay in exercising any right or remedy under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or remedy. The exercise of any right or remedy, in whole or in part, shall not preclude any other or further exercise of that right or remedy.

For your convenience, this platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These third-party sites and services are operated independently by their respective parties and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We cannot control the content or policies of these third-party sites. You should assess their authenticity, legality, and applicability at your own risk when accessing and using them.
十一、Electronic Communications
By using our services or sending us emails, SMS, or in-site messages, you consent to receive our communications electronically. We will send service-related notices through in-site announcements, in-site messages, email, SMS, or push notifications. You may adjust your preferences in account settings at any time, but notices related to security, transaction fulfillment, and compliance may not be disabled.
十二、General Provisions
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. We may assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement (including by way of merger, demerger, restructuring, or asset transfer); you may not assign any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent.
